Privacy

What we collect

If you run a price profile, we collect the details you enter: ZIP, current premium, insurer, mileage, accident and ticket answers, vehicle, insurance status, and renewal timing. If you request a licensed review, we also collect your name, email, and phone number, plus the consent choices you accept. We collect request metadata such as source path, referral parameters, IP address, and browser information for security, attribution, and consent evidence. Analytics may collect device and page-activity information unless you opt out as described below.

How we use it

We use profile details to show filing-backed insights. We use contact details only after you request a licensed review and accept the required consents: to record that request, contact you about it, and share it with one selected licensed insurance professional. We use privacy requests to honor access, deletion, and do-not-sell-or-share choices.

How we share it

You can view insights without providing contact information. If you separately request a licensed review and accept both consent choices, we may share your submitted profile and contact details with one selected licensed insurance professional for that request. We do not send that request to multiple insurance businesses under this consent. We may also use service providers that process information on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email). We do not sell driving-behavior data.

Retention

Price-profile answers used only for on-screen insights are not a licensed-review lead. Submitted review requests, consent records, and privacy requests are kept as needed to fulfill the request, document consent, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We suppress sharing when you opt out or ask us to delete; completed deletion happens after we can verify the request.

California privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. Use Privacy Choices or email privacy@panoway.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing access or deletion. An active do-not-sell-or-share request, including a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, suppresses sharing of licensed-review requests associated with that browser or email.

Contact opt-out

If you consented to phone or SMS contact, reply STOP to a text message or email privacy@panoway.com to stop those messages. Consent is not required to buy goods or services.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand site usage. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you submit a do-not-sell-or-share request, we do not load that analytics script for that browser.
